Graduation Requirements and Courses

  1. Completion of a total of 42 hours, including 30 hours of core course requirements; 6 hours of electives and 6 hours thesis or practicum/field experience.

COURSES:

PUBH 7100 Health Research Methods (3) This course is designed to introduce public health graduate students to methods used to design and conduct health science research. Emphasis will be placed on the characteristics of the research process, problem conceptualization and measurement.

PUBH 7985 (3, 6) Practicum/Field Experience.

PUBH 7996 (1-6) Thesis
