Tenure track position,
Associate/Full Professor in Geography. As part of the growth
of Geography at the University
of Memphis, we are
filling several tenure-track positions at multiple ranks over the next few
years. This year we invite applications for an ASSOCIATE/FULL PROFESSOR in any
area of geographic research beginning August 2008. A Ph.D. in Geography is
required and candidates should have a well established record of research and
teaching in his/her geographic specialties. The successful candidate will join
a growing, vibrant faculty, who are engaged in national and international
interdisciplinary research and who offer Baccalaureate, Master and Ph.D.
degrees, and will share in the future development of Geography at this urban
